This was an installation in the art department at UT which incorporated video, sound and object. I filmed a baby cycling through states of ease and tension, cooing and crying and projected the video unto the mattress of a crib placed in an empty hallway in the art building. First one hears only the sound of a baby, an emotional response is undoubtedly aroused, and upon approaching the crib, a sense of distance is left in the viewer, as the baby is untouchable.
